Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the "National Recommended Catalog of Energy-Saving and Carbon-Reduction Technologies and Equipment in the Industrial and Information Technology Sector (2024 Edition)". Our company's SGB18-2000/10-NX1 dry-type power transformer has been successfully included in this high-efficiency energy-saving equipment catalog.

The selected dry-type power transformer SGB18-2000/10—NX1 features a composite insulation structure combining sintered polymer composite film with Nomex®410 paper winding. Its coils employ a disc winding method for superior heat dissipation and mechanical strength, while the entire unit is coated with eco-friendly insulation paint through multiple VPI vacuum pressure impregnations and drying processes. This innovation replaces traditional epoxy resin casting, making it an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly power transformer with an efficiency rating exceeding Class 1.
