Eight New Products (Technologies) of Changtai Group Passed the National New Product Appraisal

On October 27, the China Machinery Industry Federation organized a new product (technology) appraisal meeting for Changzhou Pacific Power Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. Among the eight new products, six belong to the transformer category and two belong to the switch category.

On October 27, the China Machinery Industry Federation organized a new product (technology) appraisal meeting for Changzhou Pacific Power Equipment (Group) Co., Ltd. Among the 8 new products, 6 were transformers and 2 were switches. Three of the transformer new products reached the internationally leading level (two of which were world-first), and three reached the internationally advanced level. Two of the switch new products reached the internationally advanced level (one of which achieved the internationally leading level in indicators such as mechanical life and breaking capacity).

The appraisal committee for this new product was chaired by experts including academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Over 40 experts and scholars from State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, Guangdong Power Grid, State Grid Electric Power, Hubei Electric Power, China Electric Power Research Institute, and domestic authoritative transformer testing institutions attended the appraisal conference. The experts of the appraisal committee listened to technical reports such as the research summary from Changzhou Pacific Group's technical personnel, reviewed relevant technical documents and drawings, and inspected the production site.

The appraisal committee experts concluded that the SWZ22-RL-180000/220-NX1 three-phase three-dimensional wound-core vegetable oil transformer represents a world-first innovation with internationally leading performance metrics, and approved its technical certification for grid-connected trial operation. The SSZ22-RL-180000/220-NX1 three-dimensional wound-core on-load tap-changing high-impedance power transformer, also a world-first innovation with globally advanced performance, was certified for mass production. The SZ22-RL-90000/110-NX1 three-phase three-dimensional wound-core on-load tap-changing power transformer achieved internationally leading performance indicators among similar products, qualifying for mass production. This product features low no-load losses, minimal noise, low temperature rise, small partial discharge, flame retardancy, environmental friendliness, and strong short-circuit resistance. Additionally, the SGB18-RL-2500/10-NX1 three-dimensional wound-core open-type dry-type transformer and SGB18-RL-2500/35 three-dimensional wound-core open-type dry-type transformer met international advanced standards in key technical performance indicators, earning approval for technical certification and grid-connected trial operation. The SGB18-2000/10-NX1 open-type dry-type transformer also achieved internationally advanced performance metrics, qualifying for mass production.
