Against the backdrop of fierce global market competition and the coexistence of opportunities and challenges brought by the national new energy development strategy, the launch of this project is of extraordinary significance. The event was attended by Huang Yiquan, CEO of Hande Group, Chen Yan, Vice President of SAP China, Gao Guokai, founder of Changtai Group, Gao Mindong, Chairman of Changtai Group, middle and senior leaders of the group, and members of the project team.

I. Digital Transformation Opens a New Chapter
All along, Changtai Group has been actively exploring around the market, cost, quality and technological innovation. However, with the expansion of business and changes in the market environment, problems in organizational operation, business processes and information systems have gradually restricted the development of the enterprise. The management of Changtai Group, with Chairman Gao at its core, deeply understands that digital transformation is not only an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of The Times, but also the key to achieving sustainable development of the enterprise. For this reason, after careful planning and multiple rounds of screening, the group finally selected SAP S4 HANA Private Cloud as the core platform for digital transformation, and joined hands with Hande Group, which is powerful and experienced in the industry, to jointly embark on the journey of digital transformation.

To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, project Manager Zhu Xuelin has formulated a detailed project plan. The project cycle is 8+1.5 months and is divided into six stages: light consultation, blueprint design, system development, online switch and business support. Each stage has clear goals and tasks, as well as strict time nodes and quality control requirements.
During the project's advancement, the project team will adopt multiple measures such as plan management, communication mechanisms, and incentive mechanisms to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly as planned.
