Product Introduction

1. General Provisions
The Box Substation (Combined Transformer) (hereinafter referred to as the "Box Transformer") is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly new product developed by our company based on advanced technology from the American COOPER Company, taking into account the national conditions. This product is a national-level new product and has passed various tests, including the box transformer dynamic, thermal stability tests, short-circuit test, and all type tests. It is a recommended product for the National Urban and Rural Power Grid Construction and Transformation Projects by the Ministry of Commerce. It is widely used in urban and rural power grids across the country.

Applications:
The box transformer can be used indoors or installed on outdoor cement platforms or other flat, solid surfaces. It is designed to be used with underground cable systems but can also be installed in overhead distribution systems, requiring suspension rods for the cable entry. The box transformer also features a neat shape and attractive appearance, making it suitable for installation in public spaces such as road greenbelts, parks, residential complexes, etc. The high-security box structure eliminates the need for protective fences or other outer shells. Therefore, it is widely used in apartments, gardens, villas, office buildings, schools, commercial centers, factories, mining enterprises, urban residential areas, and other places.

3. Box Structure

Main Box Structure
The box shell is made of a corrugated oil tank structure, using high-quality cold-rolled steel plates from Baosteel. The corrugated oil tank wall is equipped with lifting hooks. The oil tank undergoes fluorescent, pneumatic, and hydrostatic sealing tests during the manufacturing process. It is designed with a theft-resistant box structure and treated with advanced processes, including acid washing, phosphating, and spray coating, ensuring reliable performance and an attractive appearance.
The oil tank is additionally equipped with a well-ventilated protective cover for heat dissipation.

Switchgear Box
The switchgear box is designed with full consideration for strength, safety, heat insulation, aesthetics, and ease of operation. The switchgear box and door are made of "color-coated steel plates and flame-retardant heat-insulating materials" with "aluminum alloy edging" and are fixed to the main box using hidden high-strength bolts. The high and low-voltage compartments are separated by welded steel plates. The box door uses a three-point interlocking mechanism to ensure reliable closure and is equipped with bolt fixation and interlocking devices to prevent unauthorized access, ensuring safety and reliability.

Box Cover
The box cover is made of "color-coated steel plates and flame-retardant heat-insulating materials" in a roof-shaped design, giving the product a stylish and elegant appearance, strong heat-insulation and fire-retardant capabilities, and good rainproof performance.

Core
The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, effectively reducing no-load loss, no-load current, and noise.

Coil Structure
The coil adopts a cylindrical structure with reasonable insulation design and uniform turn distribution, offering high electrical and mechanical strength.

High-voltage Protection System (from COOPER, USA)
(1) Fused Protection: ELSP and BAY-O-NET fuses are connected in series, providing economical and reliable protection with advanced principles. ELSP is an oil-immersed section-type current-limiting fuse that only operates when a fault occurs inside the box transformer. It is installed inside the oil tank. The BA-O-NET fuse is used to disconnect the secondary circuit in case of a short circuit, fault, overload, or high oil temperature.
(2) Insert Fuses: These are oil-immersed structure fuses with dual-sensitivity fuses, which can be replaced externally, ensuring operation during overload or short-circuit faults.
(3) Load Switch: The oil-immersed load switch comes in three current ratings: 200A, 300A, and 600A. This three-phase interlocked switch features a spring-operated mechanism, allowing it to switch off and on under load.

Low-Voltage Section
The low-voltage section can be configured according to user needs, including energy metering, low-voltage main protection, low-voltage branching, and reactive power compensation. The low-voltage main protection can include undervoltage or phase loss protection.
